I totally agree about the Zelda woman she freaked me out too for the longest time. But I would have to say puttin a toe tag on a person that passed and zipping the body bag to take them to the morgue. I worked at a hospital as a nurses aide for 2 years and that is one of the creepiest.

Zelda in Pet Sematary gave me the creeps BIG time. She still does.
