i'm not sure in hotmail if there is an option where you could see "who logs; who logs but failed to complete the password; the IP address of the logger; time and date they log". this option is available in yahoo though the IP could differ each time (static & dynamic style) the log occurs but you could figure out if someone tried to log in by the specific time and date of logging since you will know yourself when you had logged in and logged out.

Due to privacy policies you can't actually find out who it is. Just change your password and hope for the best.
