never happened. I never used bad language till I got my computer and the people in the chatroom taught me. What wonderful things we've learned from Gore's invention.
Back when my sister was in college my mom went after her with Naphta soap. I don't remember that the duty was carried out though.
I just realized that "mouth washed out" could mean 2 different things. Either cleaning a child's mouth as in simply giving them a bath...or "washing out" the cusswords. Must be a generation thing.

well my grandma used to wash my mouth out with a dollar store brand of soap with an unknown name......... she did it only once and I never did anything that bad ever again!! I still taste it somewhat and that was 8 years ago!!!

EWWWWW u know that Lava soap? The kind that mechanics use to get the grease off their hands? it feels like it has sand paper in it! Tastes just as nasty too! I only had to do it once and I remembered to never say it in front of my mom again!!!!

I was never given soap on my mouth. I was always paddled on my hand or my rear. Surely, I was given the licks for being bad :(
