Try taking Tynenol or Advil. That's what I take whenever I get menstrual cramps.

Unfortunately, nothing will really help. You can sip some hot tea, put a heating pad on your tummy, and take some pain reliever pills.
I found that if I start taking vitamin E (1000 IU) about 3 days before my period, it seems to make the cramps a little less. Also, I started taking a calcium pill every day, and that seems to help as well. Other than that, not sure what all there is out there. I know that if the cramps are severe every month, there might be other issues. I went through that, and was finally diagnosed with fibroid endometriosis. So you should see your doctor if nothing helps.

do you have a heating pad, take tylenol. if not jump in the shower and let the water run on your lower back or take a bath.
If the cramps are moderate to painful, take advil and follow the rest.
Tomorrow pick up some pamprin or midol
I hope you feel better I have had mind numbing cramps myself.
Also if they are getting worse, go to your dr ASAP you may need an ultrasound

Try a heating pad lay it across your stomach. Drink some hot tea. Take a hot shower. Heat calms the cramping down. Exercising causes the cramps, to subside.

Drink something hot or hot soup. If you don't have a heating pad wet a cloth with really hot water or use the iron. Put a folded towel on ur stomach and turn the iron on for about a minute then u can turn it off or just leave it on really low, however you can stand it. Good luck!

I think the effect you are having are from the depo shot. it really messes with your period. I was on depo for 3 years and for 6 months I was on my period almost all the time, then for 8 months I had none and then for a whole month and then it went away. You are not far enough along to have a beating feeling but I know that it is hard when the normal sign of pregnancy stops so I took many pregnancy tests while I was on depo. It is hard to get used to the idea that you don't have to get your period while on it. It is supposed to trick the body into thinking it is pregant and that is why some of the symptoms of pregnancy occur when you are on it.

Chocolate. Hot Chocolate. Herbal Tea/Green Tea/Your favorite tea, Massage the area lightly.
I think birth control pills can help control the cramping, see a doctor and find out.

Ibuprofen, (Motrin). Sitting in a hot tub or using a heating pad or anything hot on your tummy. The heat takes a minute to work, but it ALWAYS helps!
