Overrated - Be by Common - I hate to say it because i'm a huge Common fan, but i just thought that the first half of the album overshadowed the second half.
Underrated - Doe or Die by AZ or The Minstrel Show by Little Brother or Blackstar by Mos Def and Talib Kweli or Lifestylez Ov Da Poor and Dangerous by Big L or Below the Heavens by Blu & Exile

Overrated - Hit 'Em Up - 2pac - just not that good
Underrated - Nail in the Coffin - Eminem - (it was against Benzino, but it was still harsh)

Rapper:
Overrated: Fat Joe, I wanted to say somebody other than weezy, and I feel fot joe copies to many peoples style.
Underrated: Krs one and Rakim, real hip hop heads know who they are, but they are slept on by the average listener.
Song:
Overrated: Umi Says by Mos Def, the songs good, but some people think its the sh it, its decent at best.
Underrated: 2nd Childhood by Nas, one of my favorite songs of all time.
Album:
Overated: All Eyez On Me, I love this album, but it is not one of the top 10 albums ever. Me against the world is way better.
Underrated: Black on Both Sides by Mos Def, D.I.T.C. Worldwide by D.I.T.C., way slept on.
Diss:
Overated: Hit Em Up, i like the song, but big deal, tied with Piggy Bank, i hate that song.
Underrated: King of the Hill by Westside Connection, that diss is off the chain.
