I will use m for theta
Integral tan^3 m/sec m = Integral sin m/ cos^2 m - sin m dm

= sec m + cos m + C

1/csc is sin (look at the definitions ☺)
The integral doesn't make sense (or maybe I'm reading it wrong) because you seem to have two dΘ 's (or is it a double integral and you meant dΘ and dΦ?
