lmao! great question. its just a reaction that happens. maybe its for the breathing. and maybe because you open your eyes wide, your mouth just opens wide. like when you put in contacts.

So when you kiss a guy you keep your eyes closed coz you dont want to be disturbed same way when you put mascara for your self it's exitied about that day

I keep mine closed too, why is this such a common question?? I have never seen a woman (besides on tv) that opens her mouth while doing this.

well, i think my mouth is usually closed haha but i think it's just a natural..reaction?..sorry, not really sure if that's the best word to use, but it's kind of like how people always close their eyes when they sneeze.

i can't remember for certain but i think i read somewhere that you have to let your mouth stay open so that your eye muscles will be relaxed, not tense, which will make it more difficult to apply liner and such.

I can but I think people feel like they are streching there skin and making it easier to prevent getting it in there eyes. Weird 0_0

omigosh i just relized that! its b/c u look up or tilt ur head up normally while doing it (im guessing) and it doesnt feel natural w/ur mouth closed (10 bucks said u just lifted ur head and closhed ur mouth lmao i did)
