Don't give me that **** about horomones. I asked about you. NO ! I'm not depressed. NO ! I'm Not Stressed out. NO NO NO ! I AM NOT PREGNANT AND NO I AM NOT HAVING MY PERIOD. But yea I know why I was crying now. I just made a big turn in my life now what about you !!!!?

Of course. But usually when I think back I realize there is either a hormonal component, or I'm exhausted or need to eat. I cry a lot over things I think I shouldn't, but recognize there is a reason. For instance every so often I miss my Mom so much - she's been dead since 1985 but we were best friends. This year I'm the same age she was when she was diagnosed with cancer - a particularly difficult thought - and in the last 2 years I've lost 2 aunts and an uncle and my father and my brother (who was murdered) and 2 foster dogs, a litter of foster puppies, 2 dogs of my own and my cat. I know that when I get teary eyed over Mom probably part of it is because I'm so down over the other losses and it's predisposing me to cry.

Yes. This is a sign that you are lonely for companion. You miss a lot of your friends, neighbors, relatives, parents, cousin and your life somewhere before you are at your place right now. You miss your last job or places that you frequent and the food you use to eat - all that you don't have in your hands right now.
What i did - when I have this blue - I re-arrange my room. and every time it comes, i re-arrange my room again. I watch funny TV shows or i rent movies and fall asleep while watching. I don't have it anymore.

Yes! It's called female hormones! I used to do this when I was younger and first got my period. And in future periods. And then definitely when pregnant. Yikes! Your hormones go crazy then.

I do not cry because of the multiple psychiatric medications I am taking.
That is a shame because my tears cure cancer.
