I once saw a show about a runner who lost both legs at the knee. He got the high tech legs and is running again. I would pick the leg (A) that gave me the best function so I could resume the lifestyle I was used to. Don't know if I could afford it though.

It obviously depends on what I am doing at the time. If I were visiting my girlfriend, it could be a bottle of Merlot on ice or some flowers. If I were going fishing it might be bait and a collapsable fishing rod. If I were walking through a dangerous neighborhood, a Remington 870.

Now there is a good question. I shall have to consider it.
I think, that possibly you would need that hollow space to create a vaccumn to hold the leg on . Not sure, so far, I have all my limbs.
