The act of dropping ones pants and blatantly showing ones buttocks in an exaggeratedly deep bow, in a stance like pointing a cannon to the onlookers.
I have some queries: being such a bold and insolent act, and I should add: daring and demanding good steel twins. How does it fare in the old crime scale?, Is it only youngster's prank?, what are the nuances in between?, Is there a registry?, who started it, w & w?, the most renown case and what has been the worst outcome?. It's all for now folks. Thank you.

This is just a childish prank. It is usually a young person who does it. Sometimes it is funny, and some times it is not. Most people don't think of it as a criminal offense. Although, people have been arrested for it. It is public indecency to expose yourself that way in the United States. Most of the time drinking is involved, too, which is probably the reason people do these kinds of things. There is no registry of this type of offense. Americans don't take it that seriously. The worst outcome? A bad hangover the next day!
