A woman ran over her 4 year old son (accidentally of course), right over his head. And he died. It was really horrible.

A horse owned by one of the Amish kids in the neighborhood got spooked by something. Poor baby chased it as far as he could but the horse ran out into the highway and was propelled thru the windsheild of a pickup truck. Only good thing was nobody was sitting in the passenger seat when it happened. The horse, mercifully, died upon impact. Still, not a pretty sight.
I wish everyone could live in such an otherwise safe, peaceful neighborhood. We've never had a murder here, a drug bust, whatever.

God! I hate even thinking about it! I live in this little town in Nebraska with like 800 people! Itty bitty little town where nothing ever happens! 2 blocks from my house a woman and 2 of her teenagers will shot and killed this summer. She was seperated from her husband for 2 years now and was sleeping with her new boyfriend at 2 in the morning with all 3 of her teens asleep in their rooms and he broke in and shot the wife and 2 of the kids. The 3rd kid jumped out a second story window and broke his leg. In a town that little u just dont think it will happen BUT it does.

Wow. Well, a few minutes ago, at one end of the street, there was a really bad accident and about 3 miles from here, a woman in her mid-30's was jumped by 6 girls, stabbed and was declared DOA at the hospital around 7:30 this evening.

some guy shot and killed his wife. he went to prison,. years later he was back in the same house, he was as a strange guy. anyway he died and no one knew it so he was in there rotting away for several weeks until someone noticed all the flies on the inside of his windows...it was pretty gruesome.

In the house around the corner from mine, a guy killed his wife and then on his way to work, purposely crashed into a guy just so he could kill himself. His kids found his wife dead in the garage just an hour later. The youngest one was just a kindergartener. Totally true and very sad thing that happened. (By the way, yes, the father did die from that car crash)

a girl was found wandering around with out eyes ,somebody had stolen them for body parts
In the sierra people regularly disappear for organ traffic.
a friend got tortured and hung from barbed wire ,by the local narcos
the last years mayor was tortured and shot in front of his mother ,who was then riddled with bullets
these are some of the things that happened in my imediate surrounding to people i knew

there are tons of gruesome things that have happened in my nieghborhood but the most gruesome would probably be the drive by shooting or our neighbors dealing drugs.

4 drunken teenagers drove right off of a cliff near my house during the winter. They all died.
A guy working for the gravel mine down the road from my place got caught in some of the machinary, and also died.

I just moved here, so nothing that I know of. Although there has been some break~ins close by. I sleep with a hammer beside my bed. You never know...
