You DON'T tell him. You talk to your parents first. Ask if they would observe your class and your teacher doing this, undetected of course. If they don't go to the principle with you, you go by yourself. You can also talk to your counselor if you have one. You have to go over his head with something like this. Some schools have cameras in the classroom. Look to see if there is one to back up your story. Maybe you could even get his voice on tape. There's some pretty small concealable tape recorders out there now. You get the goods on him and he will be history.
This is against the law. It's sexual harassment pure and simple. Doesn't matter HOW he said it, but THAT he said it. He is stupid and doesn't deserve to be teaching. A male teacher (someone entrusted with a minor's safety and wellbeing) should NEVER say something even remotely similar to what he said to you. If you feel intimidated by him, he has broken the law. Actually, this makes me sick to my stomach. If I were your mother, I'd take care of him straight away!
A teacher like this should be feared. If he is doing this to you, then what else is he doing? He is probably married to boot! Go for the kill girl, what are ya waiting for?
If you have any further problems, email me.
Take care, and don't be afraid of someone like him. He's stupid, you are the smart mature one.

Does your school have a guidance counselor? Go to them and explain what is happening. If not, tell your parents, and they will contact the principal of your school. This needs to be reported to the proper authorities. I feel you need someone older to help you through this.

You really need to tell your parents and the school counselor or Principal about this teacher, he is dangerous and you are going to get hurt if you don't and soon. If no action is taken, transfer out of his class.

You already knew the answer to your question even before you asked it. Any 7th grader that can use a computer to access Yahoo! Answers and post a question will surely know what to do in this situation. I am assuming you are also familiar with tying your shoes and flushing a toilet, correct? So if you're here just to try to get attention and see what people have to say you should be doing something better.

How did he sound like when he was hitting on you?-did it sound flirty? Did it sound perverted? Did it just sound like a compliment?-How did he look at you too?
maybe it was just a nice compliment but i would keep an eye on him for awhile, you dont want to tell a cousenlor yet because it could've been a friendly compliment and then you would go and embarss yourself and your teacher.

Tell your parents, another teacher, or your principal. His behavior is completely inappropriate for a teacher and is unacceptable.
