does he sneeze and white comes out of his nose??? if so, thi scould be a symptom of a type of bunny pnemonia, which is sadly incurable at this time. My sister's rabit died of this last year....you have to give more symptoms tho if you want me to give you a decent answer

Your rabbit has a cold. That explains the sneezing and the grunting. The cold may have also caused a respiratory infection.

Take the rabbit to the vet. Have the vet take a culture. There is more than one type of cold. The type of cold it has needs to be identified so the cold can be treated with the correct medicine. Many vets quickly assume pasteurella when pasteurella is not always the cause of the cold.

Do not breed that rabbit while it has a cold and do not keep it around any other rabbits you have. Also make sure you clean your hands with a wet wipe before handling your other rabbits after handling that rabbit. Colds can be transferred from rabbit to rabbit if you aren't careful. And colds can be very hard to treat and cure. So keep the sick rabbit kind of quarantined off from the rest of your rabbits.

He sounds like he is. Take him to the vet asap. Anytime a rabbit seems to be sick, chances are they will or are sick. Plus by the time they are showing any symptoms their condition is already pretty bad, so that is why you do not want to waste anymore time trying to guess if they are sick or not. Rabbits need to be checked by a Vet quickly if they seem to not be doing well. I have always felt better paying the vet bill and having a healthy rabbit than to not have one of my rabbits because I waited too long to have them checked. I hope I did not scarce you but you do not want to just wait and see if it passes. I hope he does just fine. Good Luck.

i think so. it may be a respiratory problem. take him to the vet and get him checked. the cause may be bc ur using cedar or pine shavings for his bedding. that smell can even kill ur rabbit. it killed my hamster, and now i have a chinchilla and i use the carefresh brand and its great. you can even try aspen bedding, but pets are usually allergiced to it

You better take it to the doctor so they can check if it so they can tell you its only natural or if you need to take care of it a certain way. Hope this helps!

Rabbits catch colds just like us humans. It is normal.
