Personally I don't want to see anyone go to hell, most will choose it because the reject God. I would be exremly happy to see everyone in heaven.

What your Pastor is saying is that the liberals (and conservatives) that refuse to accept Jesus Christ as their saviour will go to hell, there is always hope that they change and I pray that they do.

Eternity is a long time to pay for a mistake.

If your pastor has a true calling to teach the word of God, he would have enough compassion in his heart to care about people, not condemn them.
It sounds to me that he isn't any closer to God than any other sinner who hasn't changed his ways. I may be wrong. But God is the only one who can judge him, I don't have the authority to make that call on others. Just like God is the only person who can judge liberals; I'm sure God hasn't given your pastor the authority to make calls on who is going where in the afterlife.
For your pastor to feel that he's equal enough to God that he's in the position to judge others, that tells me that he has a distorted view of what the Bible really means. I suggest finding a different church and getting away from this judgemental and vindictive paster and his twisted teachings.

Do you drink a lot of EVIAN bottled water? Because you sure talk that way. You voice agreement with a very hateful statement made by your pastor. I think that you probably agree with everything your pastor says and never question the validity of any of it. That is really sad.

It is said that thous shalt not use the lords name in vain. This is not just swearing. It is using the Good Lord and all he stood for for your own greed and vanity. You blaspheme with that statement as sure as if you used the bible for tilet paper.

You and your pastor are narrow minded bigot. Jesus said, "Judge not that ye be not judged." When the Day of Judgment arrives, you and your pastor are going to be headed for a very warm place.

Hope you enjoy their company with the Pastor. Pastor is a person who tends to sheep. Think about that.
