Aye, it has. Though it might not have gone so well for the cashier who gave me the wrong change back...her drawer will be about $21 short. : ( Hopefully she won't get fired though. It was really her coworkers fault and I didn't notice until I had left the store and was at home. So for something I should have paid $24 for, I only paid $3 and some change.
Wow, now in retrospect I feel really bad...will my karma be affected?
