I had the same problem. When I opened or closed my garage door, my neighbor's door, 2 doors down would also open or close, but not vice/versa. I changed the code on my door and it ended. Good luck!

Its the guy that says Honey are you watching . as he flips the switch back and forth, to make his Nebr's garage door open and close,
