Does anyone know why my tongue hurts, and what are some ways to stop the pain. I was french kissing a lot last night, is it possible I sprained it or something....what do you suppose happened, and how do I stop the pain

Try some ice or some sore throat spray. It will numb it for a while. If it doesn't get better i would get checked out to be on the safe side.God Bless.

overworked tongue muscles, ice then heat. practice will strengthen your tongue .
