Mine got quite wet when I was sailing. Take the battery out and dry it off thoroughly and then let the phone dry completely before putting it back together and charging it again. It should be ok unless it was submerged. Mine was fine.

This is what Yahoo trick of the day says to try. Now remember, your phone is shot anyway, Take the battery out, then submerge the phone in denatured alcohol for a minute then take it out, let it air dry. It dries all the water out while drying also, that's the whole idea.

Number two: Take the battery out. Put your oven at the lowest temperature and, put the phone in for several minutes, I chose to use a hair dryer, make sure it's dry and, not to hot.

The whole idea is to dry the boards out without warping them, that's what kills the phone, the boards wrap.

This is only if the phone is submerged and, totally wet and, no good, Nada, got it. Not just a little wet or, damp.

It has worked in four out of ten phones.

I dropped my cellphone into my wife's lemonade, but it didn't contain any sugar. Open up the cell phone and use a hair dryer or something to dry it. Even if you just let it dry by itself, it should be OK. Sugary substances are the killer for phones.

Sure. All ya have ta do is take the battery out ans dry it out. Leave it air out for about 3 days. OR, ya could try a hair dryer on low. But make sure it is dry before you power it back up. It pays to wait a few days, than to wreck a fone...

properly placed it face-down on a table and wait an entire day; in case you place it interior the sunlight (or a warm place), it rather is extra appropriate. try the following day if it did no longer artwork see a cellular professional/shop he will understand the thank you to restoration it. If no longer something worked then your telephone is actual ruined, sorry.

Naww, you will be lucky if you can save any numbers! Sorry, the same thing happened to me and a friend of mine. Both phones were garbage, but it will make a handy doorstop, or paperweight!!;-) :-/

Mine fell out of my pocket into the toilet in San Francisco International Airport. I left it there.
