After I have masturbated, my ear starts ringing for about a minute and then stops.

How do I stop this?

The reason for this is because your blood pumps so vigerously during your arousal period it takes a minute for it to stop rushing through your head.

I don't know if there is a way to stop this from happening, but I would suggest working your sel fup to an orgasm. LIke play with yourself first, then get into the pumping. This way, your blood flow will gradually increase.

Masturbation has caused your blood pressure to temporarily rise. That is what is causing the ringing in your ears. Are you holding your breath at the end?

Maybe it is your phone ringing. Perhaps a neighbor telling you to close the curtains when you masturbate.

Happens to me sometimes and I've seen it asked here before. I think it's probably something to do with the blood flow. I'm not sure exactly what causes it.

There is no way to stop it unless you can somehow control your physical excitement while sexually aroused. What's happening is as you get sexually excited your blood pumps harder and faster. As this blood is rushing in your head you can "hear" it and after you climax and your body begins to relax this ringing sensation fades as your blood preasure levels off.

This will be a difficult one to bring up with your doctor. Could it be that your blood pressure is very high. I would discuss it with your doctor, as painfull as that may be.
