i wan to create and design a banner/poster. the theme is the national antheme of vietnam. so i wan to know what is the things that show vietnam the most.

A wheel spinning in the mud and sinking down to the axel. The tow truck came but it couldn't solve it. Finally all was abandoned.

When I was thinking about a VN tourism poster one element was an old woman in a cone hat, another element was to be someone very new, modern (a shot of My Linh or some other singer performing), to get an image mix of the long, traditional culture and the new Vietnam. There is so much in VN that it would be too easy to end up with something that was cluttered.
As for the Neanderthals that haven't gotten over the war, stay home, you are not needed here. The trouble is we don't need you in the States either.
I am an American. I volunteered and came to VN in 1967 and spent 13 months in D/1/1 and had a lot of friends that died. I have been in Ha Noi now for almost 4 years, and looking forward to staying a bit longer. Interesting times - VN is opening up, and the chickenhawks are bringing on the police state. What a switch!
There are a lot of American veterans here, working with the Vietnamese. Guys that got over it, and are here doing some really good work, not bad mouthing a wonderful country and wonderful people. And, I will point out to the Neanderthals out there that the Vietnamese lost a hell of a lot more lives than the Americans and French did.

Id: How dare you call me a Neanderthal, If your an American you should go live there.
I see that old lady with the cone hat caring two hand grenades in her basket, killing as many G.I's as she can, including herself, this is the value of life they have, don't tell me, I was there for two years.
I'll get over the war when they bring all my buddies back to life and all the wounded heal again. We went over there to fight for our country without question my friend, I was just out of high school, What have you done for your county, instead of asking what can your country give you, what have you given your country?
