Why do guys look at my chest?
I just started grade eight and alot of guys in my class look down at my chest, I dont know what to do when they do it, I just keep talking. It isnt that I even have a big chest though, or that I wear anything skimpy. They just look there even when it is completly covered. what can I do?

Hannah - you have recieved a lot of very stupid replies to this question. Its a perfectly sensible serious important subject. Because you are becoming older and have gone through puberty you have become attractive to boys, that is why they are looking at your chest. Boys feel attraction different to girls I think - girls can be very sincere in their feelings and at your age can be very easilly hurt by boys who are feeling very strong feelings of attraction and might trick and betray you to get what they want. Dont take it personally, or even get too angry or bitter with the boys - there are plenty of nice boys, you will just have to sort out who they are amongst the insincere ones. I hope you dont fall for the trick of using your attraction to manipulate others - that just drags you down in the end. It is a natural good part of the entire picture that makes up who you are - be proud and dignified in your attitude, dont get dragged into using your appearance as a substitute for your character.

Ask them if they see anything they like and then give them a stupid look. It should embarass them enough that they will come back to reality.
The problem with that age of boys is their hormones are all screwy and they don't know how to react. Everything gets them excited. EVERYTHING!
But if you can say something smart to them, they will stop.
Another thing you can say is, hey, my eyes are up here if you want to look at something.
Or quit dreaming about the planet boob cuz you're not going there with this pilot.
Anything that will kind of startle them to come back to real life works.
Oh, and guess what........it never gets better. Even grown men do it. But they get embarrassed by those same comments. They work.

At your age the guys are just really starting to "SEE" the woman you are becoming. You'll learn that your chest will always get the guys attention and it's just a guy thing. I'm a guy ,, I know!!!! The boys you know now will be men soon and no matter how old they get, looking at chests will never change. They are just young and fascinated by you.

That will go on until the guys you talk to are about 25. No, 35. No, 40. No.... It will happen as they are guys and you have boobs. It's just as they get older, they learn to be more subtle about it and can look without you noticing it as much. Unless they're drunk.

we are attracted to boobs. consistent with possibility it became the warmth temperature and convenience that became provided by way of our mothers. in case you do unlike men to look at your chest, a dishevelled shirt does the trick. once you the place a good shirt or a low decrease shirt, we can seem. type of like thinking if the sunlight is going to come back up the following day. it is going to, and we can.

Ignore it or find a t shirt that says "my eyes are up here" with arrows pointing up. My daughter has such a shirt as she is big chested and always gets stares.

Theres nothing you can do! Guys are going to do this until you reach an age were you no longer are sexually attractive. try to learn to use it to your advantage.

To those of you who gave me thumbs down, I simply answered this question with the truth, however painful it is for you to comprehend, this is the way it is! You gave me thumbs down cause I did not give some "sugar coated- fantasy- what you wanted to hear- answer"! She asked "what should I do", in reality how is she going to stop someone from looking at her breasts, short of having them removed? Men and boys will always be, well...men and boys! As long as there are women/girls with breasts, men and boys will be looking at them, I am sorry if you don't like that, but thats the way it is, period!

Guys will always look at women's chests.....as they get older they will find ways to make it less obvious that they are looking.
We know where your eyes are.....we just don't care.
