Yes, in the casino parking garage, I tripped over a speed bump that wasn't painted bright yellow.
I broke my knee cap, cracked 2 ribs, & broke my nose.

Two places--I was married to a career Army soldier (30 years) and was working for a Lt. Colonel in an office and had to deliver something and as I was walking across a crowded floor to hand it to someone, I fell on a slippery floor in front of a room full of Officers.

Another time, I was climbing some steps at a movie theater and my legs just gave out on my for no reason that I can figure out why and I just fell in front of everyone.

Oh, Heak Yea!! I live in the mid west. It was after the last ice storm, here in Springfield, Mo. I was walking in the black asphalt parking lot, exiting a flea market, with an armload of collectable records. Both feet and legs went out from underneath me. I did a double loopty. Left looking straight up at the sky!! I was hurt, and badly bruised. I didn't loose ONE single valuable record. People looked on.

I trip all the time, but the one time I actually fell had to be in a club with a hundred people around. I was soooo embarrassed, but the pain in my ankle surpassed the embarrassment.
