I am thinking about getting a wireless internet card and not sure what is a good deal, I just need it for college and am thinking of getting a fairly cheap one. The prices are anywhere from $0-$300 and am not sure how to select and good one.

The two links you have are for cellular cards, which work more places than a wi-fi card, but require you to pay a monthly subscription charge. Read teh fine print carefully.

A standard wireless card has no monthly charge, but must be near a wireless transmitter.
