Rumor... Although it could have a temporary effect on your SMELL. The pleasure sensations use the same nerons as smell receptors. During masturbation, these neurons become excited and so excitation via the nasal receptors can not take place (due to the refractory period).

Rumor, entirely and completely. As long as it's not excessive, masturbation is perfectly healthy, because there probably aren't a dozen guys on the planet who don't.
