It's a hookah lounge 2 blocks from campus. It will take 2 months maximum to get set up. This is the 1st one in the state (WV). Open now with upcoming cold weather? Or postpone until warmer weather (which will be april, although students will be moving back home in may)?

assuming that business will drop off significantly during college breaks, you have to calculate your cash flows and determine whether or not you will be able to hang in there during to low periods between now and when school breaks. Ideally, it should be timed to open in August, when students first start flowing back into the area.

Wouldn't there be more business during cold weather ?
When people were getting out of the cold ?
WHY would you postpone until warm weather ?
