back in time? not a good one. idk if there ani theories. to send one forward in time you could find a way to accelerate light and make it be able to still transmit information. then theoretically send it around the universe and back to yourself.

There is no theory, because the idea of time travel (either into the past or the future) is not scientifically valid.
There are some theories about using a black hole or a "wormhole" to instantaneously travel to other parts of the universe. And there is some discussion about entering a rotating black hole at just the right angle to the singularity to travel into time, but there isn't anything in the theory to show how you could choose the direction or the amount of time travelled.

Anything you do is transmitted back in time.
If you say,"Good morning" to your mother you have sent a message back in time and she will receive it billionths of a second later.
You can't send anything into the future.
