Politics as in how to get power and make change or politics as in who is in whose pocket financially?
I know what I know and suspect the rest but if all you are talking about is how things are done and where, i did some research for a friend once upon a time and wrote many, many term papers on the subject of politics and how it works and where and why it is the way it is.
I would take that as a maybe.

I know a little more than anything about politics, sometimes we have to learn most of what's happening around us for ignorance would never be a good excuse

No, not even politicians can say they know anything about politics. It is like the most famous nothing there ever was.

No, the only thing I know for sure is that all politicians are liars, every single one of them, in some way or another.
