hi, i am doing a class project and i am in charge of public relations for a hotel based in thailand. what exactly are my duties to preform as the head of public relations? thanks. best answer to someone who can help me out :)

answer questions from the media. Write press releases about events at the hotel. Work with big groups that visit.

As head of public relations, you have to make sure that the hotel remains in good popularity. You would be the one to spin all negative press, approve all voluntary new participation, along with surveying customers about their visit and how to possibly improve their stay with you.
