I cannot receive email from Leyte, Philippines.

How long shall I wait till I freak out, please?

Is anyone else noticing a downage? WHERE ELSE?

What is the cause?

Who can we sue?

Is there therapy for this trauma?

maybe they shut the lights off after 10 pm.

something happened to the internet over there it should be back up shortly

OR

the ppl you get the internet from blocked the email from over there because a lot of americas spam comes from over there
