okay, some how all of my clothes have gotten really ugly really fast and i don't have that much money but i REALLY REALLY like seriously NEED new shirts. Is there a place where i can get really inexpensive clothes other than on ebay and used clothing stores? i REALLY appreciate your help!!!
oh and also i need some cute shirts, not just t shirts.

go to aeropostale they're having a sale like always and you can get a shirt as low as $2!! also platos closet.

I would recommend Wet Seal, Target, and Kohls. They have really inexpensive clothes that are cute too! My favorite store is Wet Seal. Also check the clearance section at Hollister and Abercrombie. Hope I helped! :) â¥

check out second hamd shops. I know you said you didnt want to but there is always some cool stuff there that you could modify. You could also check out kids clothes, but for fat kids, so it will fit an adult. they have some really cute tees like cartoon ones, superman etc.. also check out target or Kmart for last season stock. (I find tops sometimes for $2!) and another moneysaving idea is to shop at the end of a season (like summer) for the next year, or new years day, or end of the financial year when big sales are on.
you could also check out some factory outlets, where they have decent brand names for a quarter of the price.

1] First, go through all fall/winter clothing - pull out all too big, too small, and too ugly. Throw away what's ratty, and donate the rest [ after showing mom/dad/ the pile, so you can get some money! ]
1] go online, and check out sales, clearance, and outlets of your fav stores.
2] go to the stores, and check out the racks
3] try some second hand stores
Along with trendy stores, try some 'grown-up' ones like:

Newport-News
Spiegel
JCPenney
Macys

I love kohls. they have awesome clothes, that fits you and the prices are awesome. everything is on sale. seriously. go check it out.
aeropostale and ae are also great, but they tend to be a bit more expensive.
I really like old navy gap too because prices are pretty good, and they have some unique clothes.

Try Aeropostale. They have some pretty shirts and T-Shirts too! It'll be in the Clearance though, if you go to the store.
