Whenever somebody even hints at a personal problem in one of their questions, all of P&S seems to converge on it and offer help and encouragement.

I agree with you there are some pretty friendly people. I've gone to other parts and sometimes the brutality brings me back here in tears.

I don't think it's possible to prove faith,that's kind of the point,you believe in it without evidence because you don't NEED evidence for religious beliefs. Science demands answers because that's what it's supposed to do. The Big Bang Theory is the best SCIENTIFIC explanation for the beginnings of the Universe,but it isn't a creation story,it isn't meant to be. My philosophy over the years has been that the Lord may well have made the universe in 6 days but that was 6 days from His perspective and not how it would have seemed to any human eyes that could have witnessed it. For purposes of your class you need to be accepting of the idea of the Big Bang,don't substitute your beliefs for your teacher's,just accept it for the class because his job is to educate you about science and not about religion. His attitude toward you seems a BIT belligerent,have you spoken to yer folks about this?

That is a very nice thing to say! Sometimes it helps to have an objective opinion. For the most part, P&S has the best people. The bad seeds eventually get bored and leave.

Why thanks..i've met a lot of nice people and i totally agree 100% with you...yes u will have those brainless people..but they only make up the small percentage compared to the huge number of nice people
