y=kx^2
y=12, x=2
therefore k=3
when x=3
y=3*3^2
=27


1/(4+1)
=1/5
=0.2

y=Kx**2; 12=K4 so K=3. Y=3(9)=27 when x=3.

2x = 12 * 3
2x = 36
