I am a big Mai-HiME fan!!! I was thinking about buying the Mai-Otome dvds to see the next season. I also love the Shiz,Nat pairing but from things I've heard in Mai-Otome Shizuru cheats on Natsuki and has sex with another girl. I also saw a clip i think, of Shizuru holding another girls hand on a bed. IS THE PAIRING OF NATSUKI AND SHIZURU NO MORE!?

They were never actually a couple.
In Mai-Hime Natsuki rejects Shizuru and thus Shizuru becomes crazy.
In Mai-Otome their relationship is explored and tolerated a bit more with Shizuru making some advances / flirts towards Natsuki. She never gets offended and you will see her blushing constantly.
The pictures you are referring to are real but Shizuru is doing it only to save Natsuki.
