If you are talking about REAL wrestling, like in college or the olympics, (Greco-Roman style) I would have to say I think the wrestler wpu;d win. They are very strong and flexible, so even if the football player outweighed him, he could still hold his own.

If you're talking about the "professional" wrestlers we see on TV, then I think the football player would have the advantage there.

200 pound football player. He has the 50 extra pounds as an advantage, plus football players of that size are very agile and able to move quite well.
