Devoid of love and the presence of bitterness hinders the development of the soul. The soul is closed. It is not able to grow and evolve. Lessons presented are not learned because they are tainted by these hinderances.
The soul evolves by solving these lessons and proceeding on to the next lesson. Without self-love and love for others, the lesson is not perceived. Bitterness does not allow an action or thought to be born in a pure manner.
The soul remains where it is. It is stagnant. It also attracts more of like kind. If an epiphany is not experienced, there will be no development.

If you were never tested or challenged in life and everything was handed to you on a silver platter, but nothing was expected from you, it could hinder your soul's development. On the other hand, almost no one has this kind of life. All people have problems, and if you have none it is up to you to try to help others.

Hi Rena,I must break free from the chains of hindrance.of mainstream thoughts.Like religion and other types of thinking too. And to step away from it.to feel full soul development upon oneself.not to follow the crowd,To see beyond the crowd.To see the full truth,and to live it as well.

Ego in many ways ....your souls potential is only limited by your imagination ....were so programed (religion, culture etc )..we dont even realize it ... to think outside the box demands advance intellect.

Going along with the crowd even if it doesn't feel right. This can happen because it can be uncomfortable to break out of the social flow that one happens to be in.

Complacency would do it. Whenever I think I know better than any other about anything, I am stagnant. Therefore, I never assume such a dangerous concept.
