Ok, if this is a honest question - You don't go anywhere but the police station. You start there. You would be better off in foster care than in that world.

Take her to the hospital, she needs to have a pregnancy test, she needs to be tested for STD's and AIDS, and she probably needs some psychological treatment. Your parents don't have to be involved and if they aren't really good parents - they would probably just aggrevate the problem anyway. She's lucky to have you.
I know sometimes reporting the rape is a hard step, but I hope that she can and does do so.
Btw, 13 year olds get pregnant all the time - through their own voluntary actions - it's just as likely that she could pregnant via rape.

GET HER TESTED! Not just for pregnancy, but a full range of STD testing is also necessary now and for the next year! As long as a girl is having periods she is able to get pregnant. I've known girls as young as 10 to get pregnant. She should have went to the hospital immediately and they would have contacted the police. It would have been necessary to get a DNA sample within the first few hours. I'm sorry such a horrible thing happened to your sister and I hope she is able to get help both physically and emotionally to help her deal with all this.

First of all, I congratulate you not only for caring about your sister so much, but for taking on the sole care of her in the terrible time. Whilst I'm not sure of how possible it is for her to be pregnant, I would strongly advise you to take her to the DR. and have her undergo a thorough medical examination. Because of her young age, the DR. will most probably allow you to sit in during the exam., should your sister want this. I would alos strongly advise your sister to report this - tragically, many rapes aren't one off, and although right now your sister is most likely highly humiliated and distraught, you need to remind her that it is not her fault and that by reporting it, she is giving the police the chance to catch the perpetrator. I would also advise you to encourage her to at least tell your father - as much as he scares her, I've little doubt he loves her and will want to be there to help her in anyway possible, should she need it.
I hope that your sister realises how blessed she is to have you in her life. Continue to stick by her, but remember, if she needs room to breathe, give it to her. She may need time to get her thoughts together, and sometimes this is been done alone.

Yes get her tested for pregnancy and STDs! Ideally you should also get evidence and contact the police, but I know that would be very hard and traumatic. Depends on your relationship with the rapist etc. Unfortunately it's too late for the morning after pill but it's still important to get your sister tested especially for diseases, also there might be injuries if she's still small. So sorry this happened.

If she was raped it should be reported to authoritys and she should be tested not only for pregnancy, but for sexually transmitted diseases. Get her to a doctor or clinic as soon as possible. Hopefully all will okay with her. She may need to talk with a counselor too..
You are a good big sister to be doing what your absent parents should be doing. Where ever you live there may be support groups to help you both with your situation. Check out your county and state services.

Yes, take her to get tested just to be on the safe side. It would also be a good idea to check her for any STD's.

a girl i knew got pregnant when she was 12....
you should have already got her tested, she could get an std or otherwise. not to mention, they could have got the guys dna off of her and used it against him and prove he did it. so yea, take her yourself and explain your story. they wont turn away a rape victom just for those reasons.
