Orange, California in USA. Cause is never too hot or cold. There has almost never been any really bad natural disasters. It's near almost everything good, like beaches, mountains, amusement parks, shows. Also have some kick *** sports teams!

Right here where I'm living now - the place I call HOME - is the best! High up in the mountains; clean, fersh air; great panoramic vistas; pristine mountain streams; abounding in flora and fauna; yet close enough to all mod cons: shopping centers, etc. Mpumalanga Escarpment, Sunny South Africa.

Olso, Norway. I've never acclimated so quickly to a new place. It's very laid back and friendly. The city is cool, and a 15 minute subway ride takes you to the mountains.

I lived in Raleigh, NC while I was in college at NCSU and I loved it better then I like it here because it's more peaceful and it's a smaller town and not many people and traffic like it is here in Atlanta.
