Yes, I do it all the time.
I do not theorise about it, that can block it
I do not make it happen, but can
I do not ask it to happen, but can
It happens when I need to know what that person is thinking, usually relative to what there "problem" is.
What is keeping them bound to the day to day grind, and they are "stuck", not able to break free, "groundhog day"

It is a gift and needs to be treated with the utmost respect and discernment.

I seem to have an energetic around me, that people do tell me everything, or I know what it is they are about, and therefore know the right prompts, cue, queries, and lastly questions.

Knowing what a person is thinking, is something that can happen if a person is ready and available and has the required discipline of mind.

We are all different, no two people are the same, or should try to be the same, each has gifts relative to them, we can not exchange our gifts, or trade them in, or deny it, for too long, and start using someone else's.

That is how I see "reading someones thoughts", it is not for everyone, it is a gift of God.

You are not crazy! You are 'sensitive' to signals floating around. I believe each body is like differently-tuned machine. Some are more physical and dense; while others are more mental and very fine. They can pick up what others can't. Personally, I pick up messages in dreams. Though I don't know at that time...or any other time...which ones would really turn true in future....but some have!!! As on today, science is unable to offer any explanation. But Psychic abilities can not be wished away for lack of answers....

Yes. The human brain creates an electromagnetic field from all the electrical impulses from ordinary thought, similar to the EM field around power lines. Psychics call this the aura, scientists call it the holographic universe. The minds eye which detects this is called the Pineal Gland by scientists. That is how animals can sense fear or compassion in us. We have the ability at birth, but it is forgotten with our material world upbringing. It can, however, be relearned.

Hi Rena,
Yes I truly believe that there is a link (psychic or spiritual) between some people. Some feel it more than others and even when the person is not in the room you can feel it.
Twice this past week I have phoned people who first of all sounded surpised to hear my voice so when I said who it was they explained their hesitation wasn't because they hadn't recognised it but because they were just that instant about to phone me!

As a theoretical model, it could be argued. However, in actuality there is no empirical evidence that this is possible.

In psychology knowing the thoughts of others if often called projection.

As a species, we lack a mechanical process for me interpret the neuron activity in your mind that allows you to speak to yourself. thoughts, unlike the voice, do not get carried as sound waves that could be detected by another human.

You don't have a transmission source and I don't have a receiving device to receive your thoughts.

So, no.
