Sounds like early labor. Things you could try are a warm bath, drinking LOTS of water or juice (do not drink caffiene as it is dehydrating) to help with possible false labor. Sometimes you have false labor from a bladder infection or dehydration, so drinking a lot sometimes helps with this type of pain. Sometimes early labor takes a long time (sometimes days, even weeks) and sometimes it starts and stops.
If the contractions have been regular for over an hour and you are having to breathe through it, go to the hospital to be checked. Absolutely no need to go to the ER or rush in. Try some self-help at home first to make sure its the real thing to save yourself a trip to the hospital if it goes away.

I am assuming you DIDN'T take Castrol Motor Oil? :-) Taking any type of "labor aid" has it's cons when it comes to pregnancy: it may not actually put you into labor. You may have some digestive problems for a few days as well as Braxton-Hicks contractions but you may not actually go into true labor. (I remember this not-so-fondly during my pregnancy and some spicy food!) If your digestive issues do not absolve themselves within a day or two (normal for a digestive aid to take its course) with regular bowel movements, it would be wise to contact your OB to advise them of this in the event of any further problems. In the mean time you need to be certain you are feeling your baby kick. Natural sleep cycles will cause a slowing in this, but you will still feel movement and kicking. Even your baby's aversion to your recent dietary choices will be affected, but it should never be harmful. And as for labor, if your "cramps" (from someone who never felt true contractions until later in the hospital) or contractions are at regular intervals and become closer together, within 5-10 minutes, you should have your gear packed up an take a trip to the hospital.

it just sounds like you are getting ready to be in labor pretty soon. everything you said its pretty much what most women experience towards the end. the pelvic pressure is from the increased weight from your baby and bigger uterus, and it sounds like the baby has dropped which is putting more pressure on your pelvic area. so hang in there, it wont be long now

Call your doctor ASAP. The back pain and pain in your pelvic area sounds like labor. You should NEVER be in so much pain you can't walk. Call them now. Good luck.

Basically its your body preparing itself for the baby.....im pretty sure you have already had braxton hicks (false contractions) trust they feel nothing like the real ones......you are so close to labor ...so your body is going through the final stages.......just hang in there.....for the back pain have someone massage it, or take a hot bath.......it worked for me....

Is the discharge pink or red at all? Maybe you are having contractions or you might be dialating. I'd see your doctor.
