If Hitler won WW2?

Well, it depends. Did Japan win, too? Even if Hitler had held out against Russia, (fat chance) I don't think he could have invaded and occupied England, and certainly he didn't have the manpower and resources to invade and occupy America. The best he could have obtained would have been a negotiated peace in which he would have kept control of the countries he occupied in Europe, and maybe some of Russia, but I doubt it, and the Allies would have stopped fighting.

However, fascinating as this thought might be to you, there is no way, short of divine intervention, in which I do not believe, that Hitler could have won that war, not enough men, resources, or industry. But if he had, then I certainly wouldn't be speaking German, because Germany certainly could never have invaded and occupied America.

If Japan had won, again, only possible with divine intervention for the same reasons that Germany could not have won, and we all know what I think of divine intervention, then some Pacific areas might be under Japanese control, but I doubt it. The Chinese would never have stopped fighting them, and there are a lot more Chinese than there are Japanese; given time they would have matched the Japanese organization and technology.

The Axis winning any part of that war is beyond the realm of possibility, but if either had, and the situation had not been corrected by those who have gone before me; then I would be fighting them.

If old Adolph had gone through with his plans to take over the United States,I'd probably be dead,along with my entire family. We were Catholic and dear old Adolph hated them too. I grew up in an all German school in Philadelphia before and during WW2-they thought Hitler was a hero. So much for their judgment.
