1] be sure you have face wash, toner, sunscreen, and moisturizer for your skin type [ oily, dry, normal, combination, sensitive ]. Wash, apply toner [ sinks in ] and sunscreen in AM; wash, tone, and moisturize in PM.
2] use Aapri or St Ives apricot scrub two or three times a week - removes all surface dead skin cells, so unclogs pores and smoothes skin.
3] avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
4] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
5] take a multivitamin with minerals everyday
6] eat lean protein, low fat dairy, whole grains, and lots of fruits and vegetables
7] apply a dab of pimple cream to any spots
8] use makeup that is non-comedogenic [ doesn't cause zits ]
it's labeled on the package

if the cream is a cleanser then do that first if not then do the toner first let it sit for a few minute if its still alittle wet then rub it in then do the cream then the moisterizer the directions should be on the back of the bottle next time get a kit from like cvs (any local drugstores) like clean and clear hope evrything clears up

1st wash your face...make sure to dab it dry, not wipe it so you don't spread the bacteria around.

2nd Toner: just put it on and wait for it to dry

3rd Moisturizer: make sure you apply it in a downward circlular motion.

4th Pimple Cream: apply a thin layer to entire face.

Good luck girl...acne sucks. Be consistent and patient...it can take up to 4 weeks to see results
