Good heavens, no. They are discovering new oil fields everyday. Just in the past 10 years, off the east coast of my province, they have started drilling 5 new oil fields, each with a life supply of at least 35 years.

No. Back when I was studying geology as an undergraduate in the late 70s, it was supposed to run out by 1990. There are believed to be vast areas not yet discovered in the Arctic, Siberia, Caucasus region, etc. There are secondary oil sources not even tapped such as oil shales that cost more to refine but are available. We still have time to develop alternates like coal to oil too, so, not to worry.
