In exchange for large U.S. oil companies gaining access to occupied territories, Bush reportedly gave $43 million of your tax dollars to the Taliban in May of 2001 - only 4 months before their September 11th attacks on the United States!
Bush had no concern about terrorist attacks on the U.S. before 9/11/01 (see #12 for more info).
Bush wholeheartedly supported the infamous "Patriot Act," which infringes on most of your constitutional rights. In addition, he is an outspoken supporter of the "Patriot Act II."
The Bush Regime failed to protect the people of Baghdad from looting, riots, bombings, and other undue circumstances, following the fall of the city - so that the oil ministry would be heavily guarded by U.S. troops.
Bush pulled the United States out of the Kyoto Treaty, a global warming agreement between major world powers, signed in 1997.

How about all-out opposing the U.N.? Maybe Bush is just like his Under-Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, John Bolton, who opposes nonproliferation treaties and the United Nations.
Bush has refused to release federal funding designed to provide for stem cell research projects.
Thanks to Bush, federal employees can have Viagra but no contraceptives, due to his cut of a program that provided prescription contraceptive coverage.
Create an international offensive against the spread of AIDS? Nah, Bush refused to participate and helped his buddies in the pharmaceutical business capitalize by increasing costs of life-saving medications.
Bush suspended rules requiring rock miners to clean up sites on Western public lands. Gee, do you think your tax dollars will end up paying for the clean ups?

THIS STATEMENT IS A LIE. YOU CANNOT NAME 1 RIGHT YOU DO NOT HAVE. THIS HAS ALLOWED THE GOVERNMENT PROTECT US FROM PEOPLE WHO WANT TO KILL US.
Bush pulled the United States out of the Kyoto Treaty, a global warming agreement between major world powers, signed in 1997.
ONCE AGAIN YOU ARE LYING. THE DEMOCRATS IN THE SENATE REFUSED TO PASS THIS BECAUSE IT FORCES US TO DO STUFF, BUT DOES NOTHING TO STOP THE REAL POLLUTERS.
The problem is liberals like you blame Bush for everything. It is pathetic. I like him because he refuses to lose this war on terrorists. He understands tax cutting economics. He has done some very stupid things, but he is better than not.
Appointing Alito and Roberts is his real legacy.

It's really not a question of whether I like him or dislike him, don't even know him. As for his presidency, well I give him mixed reviews. His attempted policy on illegal immigration, which thankfully didn't get passed, was a disaster waiting to happen. It would be nice if he actually insisted that current laws regarding immigration were enforced, and if he provided the appropriate agencies the tools to properly carry out their jobs. His handling of North Korea, in my opinion, went well, which proved that diplomacy is more than just giving the other side what they want, and it's more than just trying to get other countries to like us. While you're asking what the president has done for America, what have you done for America?
You mention the Kyoto Protocol, but you don't bother to mention that we were never a party to that treaty, so the Bush couldn't have pulled us out. That was a brief shining moment when both Democrat and Republican Senators agreed on something, they voted 95-0 to not enter into the treaty.

bush carried out a perpetually-conflict. from now on, US might desire to stay in Iraq with a view to maintain Iraq from being taken by way of terrorists and Islamists (people who provoke violence for conversion.) if the U. S. leaves, the Iraqi government will fall and reason utter chaos, and out comes terrorist government. yet whilst the U. S. keeps to be in, the U. S. will fall below the extensive debt. that could be a capture-22. Bush carried out in raising the cost of gas and oil 2 hundred% on the minimum. some places even 350%.

I like Bush. I think that he is genuine man who is trying to do the right thing the best that he can. Its pretty remarkable that terrorists are hell bent on destroying America and there hasn't been another attack since 911. He's doing an excellent job in that department. Our country is in terrible shape right now but I do not think that 1 man is to blame for it. There is a complete leadership failure straight across the board. You can't run a country basing every decision on if its good for the economy or not.
Bush bashing is very popular but I think most people just go along with whatever they hear on the news and don't think about the good that he's doing.

why I dislike Bush amin: Bohemian Grove members, Sanction the use of torture, Violates our citizens' rights of trial by jury...and search and ceasure as well as self-incrimination with the patriot acts. Blatantly, they deliberately are dismantling the constitution brick by brick....And they justify their actions with some "war on terror" which started with 9/11...and we don't even know who was really behind the attacks...And NOW anyone who asks questions is a conspiracy theorist and a traitor or a terrorist...No one uses FEAR to conduct their agenda like the Bushadmin.

"hate" is sure a strong word that seems so easily used by the left in their disdain for George Bush. I still have to wonder what he has done to the left that makes them "hate" him so much considering it was the left that wrote no child left behind (Kennedy) and Bush signed it, a free senior drug program that is costing 3x its estimate without a cringe, and he was so willing to go along with pretty much open borders and amnesty until forced off that plan by his base. (all ideas the "left" should be in love with)?
Those who really seem to hate him hate the war; and that intrigues me more then anything because I remember 9/11, I remember the video images of the Islamic radicals beheading innocenet people and don't forget that those extremist at the one's George Bush is not willing to back down from - even if it cause the "left" to hate him so much. Its odd to me those extremist would "hate" the left far more then George Bush or his base but yet they oppose his war on them. Really lunatic thinking if you ask me lefties.

Evidently they are invested in the myth and image of their version of Bush, and identify with him. Its a small percentage, thankfully.
