Hi permaburkumar,
The BCCI has already been in the process of preparing fast and bouncy pitches. The results in the pitches are not gonna be so evident so soon. BCCI has hired NZ curators and many other AUS curators to India to prepare fast and bouncy pitches in India. Most of the grounds in India are being converted into fast pitches currentlly. The entire clay content of the pitches are being transformed by importing clay from other countries like Aus, NZ or SA.
Banglore is a good example. You would have seen the pitch in the first ODI between Aus and Ind recently which got washed off. That is due to the hard work of NZ curators. I think BCCI has been doing a lot in this regard.
Atleast, BCCI is keen enough in this regard!

While fast pitches cannot be prepared overnight and will take sonme time, i strongly feel that BCCI should start preparing fast tracks in India in the interest of future of indian Cricket team

You know Indian soil is a type of soil which can dissolve the water and it will be a fast and clear track so that you can`t change the soil as India has different types of soils in different states itself. So it is vey tough to change the soil.

Simple, because India's pitches are prepared to assist their slow bowlers who are the real strength of their bowling attack.
