AVG for me. Norton takes up too much of your memory. And nothing could be more annoying than a slow computer. =(

Norton is better, but still not good. It will take up so much of your memory that everything else will seem real slow. Try NOD32 from eset.com. On my computer it found seven viruses that no other antivirus did.

They both have their pro's and con's. it actually depends on peoples opinions.
i prefer AVG
it has quick updates
it only takes up 16 MB ram.
its unlimited
and its free
While norton
u pay 100 buks a year for 1 year
it hogs ur ram
updates once a week (not enough)

there are sites online that will give you ratings for various anti-virus programs but I can't recall a single one at the moment. To check for viruses now put housecall in your search engine and trend micro will check your computer for free and I believe take you to the main anti-virus program which was rated as best - which I can't recall at the moment.
