Shrimp, Chorizo and Chipotle Gravy over Mexican Rice
I had some leftovers yesterday..So got creative with it..I have a kid..So I have to cook lol..I get up like at 8am to cook..All home made..mmmmmgooooooooodforyooooooooooou..
Food is big event in my HOME! Is when is FAMILIA time..and all Problems are out the DOOR..I still have LEFT-OVERS..Want some lol..My neighbor ALWAYS come's to my place for FOOD! LOL..and some friends..If I cooked there FAVORITE..
I been cooking since I was 10..So is a passion..and element of my life..
GOOD EATS..lol..Whoever wants some GREAT! Mexican food come on OVER beeaches..lol..KIDDING NO SERIAL KILLERS ALOWED..LOL..

I met a couple of my girls and we went out for an early dinner. I had a house salad and an 8 ounce Sirloin cooked medium rare. It was perfection.
I bought my son a wonderful club type of sandwich (ordered to go since he wasn't with us). It had turkey and ham with a really nice white cheddar cheese. The bread was dipped in a mixture and pan fried to crisp and the cheese melted; then it was adorned with a raspberry puree for dipping! It was a little bit of heaven on earth!
Oh Great! Now I'm hungry again! LOL Nana

I'm probably going to have nothing.
I seriously can't eat after 6 without waking up in the middle of the night feeling like I ate way too much 3 minutes ago.

a peach
It was not very yummy together, lol.

I had...Chicken & Chorizos Skewers with a sweet chili dip...it's basically Two skewers of Chicken breast & spicy sausage served with roasted pumpkin...and for Dessert I had a chocolate mousse with passion fruit
