life is just messing with you. there are so many things in this world today that mess us up: give us false thoughts and images and stuff. just get a grip! it's YOUR life, do you want to live like that? these things are just psychological, it forms inside your own head, medications, may help you, but will be worse in the long run. so, before you run off to get any medications, try to talk to yourself, and just know that none of that stuff needs to be done, IT IS JUST INSIDE YOUR MIND! if you have enough willpower, you will not do it, and then the next time maybe you will, maybe you won't, but just keep at it, and eventually it will all stop, if only you just stay with it and really talk to yourself and stop yourself doing these things. when you get to the point where it physically effects you or you feel as if it is impossible to stop, then you can get your medication.. but that will only mean that you've given up. these things didn't occur a long time ago: schizophrenia, ocd, and everything. not only that, they dont occur too much in other countries either. it is just your mind. we are all human, and things and society get so messed up sometimes, that it messes up your mind. you, and only you can stop this. do it for yourself, and for your life. if you stop this with your own willpower and your own mind, it will stop forever. if you take medications, you will take them every day for the rest of your frickin life, and you will always be like this. so stop, stop and save yourself.

It is very important that you see a psychiatrist. You are describing SEVERE symptoms of paranoia, and it is quite possible you are delusional, as well. I strongly suspect that you may be in the prodromal phase of schizophrenia (it typically first manifests in the teen/early adult years, but can manifest at any time).
It is VITAL that you see a psychiatrist.
These types of things do NOT improve on their own. There is no "natural" cure, nor will it just go away if you wait long enough. In fact, things could go downhill rapidly, and without much warning.
You need medication and you need psychotherapy, and you need it NOW.
There is simply no way around that.
Best of luck to you in your treatment decisions,
~M~

i am a lot like this but sometimes i just tell myself to get a ******* grip. i do always think about cameras behind mirrors, CCTV on every street, its horrible.
and about the psychics bit, thats one of my worst fears too. but its impossible, and i know dwelling on it is not a good thing.
so i just try to get on with it.
the stuff about having to compulsively do stuff though, i used to do that a lot, but if you force yourself to go against the impulses you realise that nothing dreadful happens when you ignore them.
finally, **** the truman show!! i saw that film when i was a lot younger and it definitely has messed with me. thats where a lot of my negative ideas come from i think.

You know, you think too much and you take things too seriously. You need to see a psychiatrist. If you aren't you aren't going to get better, but maybe you do not want to. Think about it.
