HELP!!
Please give me some new adjectives! my assignment is "find 15 big words that describ you... new vocabulary words!" my teacher's example is "gregarious"... but i don't know where to find these "big" adjectives! i have been looking for abou 30 minutes now and i would really appreciate some help! thanks!!!

A simple way to do this is to think of terms that describe you, such as kind, then put them in the synonym finder at the web site below, and then select one or more of the words that mean the same thing. For example, sympathetic and charitable are two words listed for kind, both of which are bigger.

Here are a few that may or may not apply to you:

loquacious, convivial, garrulous, ebullient, taciturn, tenacious, glamorous, sophisticated, vulnerable, sensitive, vigorous, vivacious, puissant, stalwart, indolent, lackadaisical, lethargic, compassionate, gracious, magnanimous, affectionate.

I found all of these at Merriam-Webster's website at m-w.com which has a dictionary as well as a thesaurus.

The obvious choice to look is thesaurus.com
If you've already tried that, then go to google or yahoo and type in 'thesaurus' or 'synonyms'. =)
