I like U2 and Def Leppard now. But my favorite bands came from the mid 60's and the 70's and early 80's such as the Beatles, Rolling Stones Led Zeppelin, The Who , KISS, Alice Cooper (3rd album onward), Joan Jett and the Blackhearts,Blondie , REO Speedwagon and the Doobie Brothers
