If I use anti-flatulent products like "Gas-X", what happens to the flatulence? Does that mean it'll never happen if I use it consistently?

Releasing or passing gas is natural... If you do not release it you will have violent stomach cramps and or acid reflux.

Perhaps you could eat your high protein foods for breakfast and lunch. Meats and beans are known to produce more stomach "gas".

If you have an untoward amount of gas at night or during the day you need a check up ... Your doctor might recommend tests to see if there are medical conditions causing the excess gas.

You could try beano before you eat dinner, or an anti-flatulent like Gas-X right after dinner. Don't eat any evening snacks.

I don't think you can control this. Gas has to escape. Some foods create more gas than others, so you may want to check out which ones and avoid those. That will lessen the amount of gas.

Research tell us that the average human, expells gas 31 times a day. Day or night I would think has no bearing on that process.

Gas X works for me, but I would rather release at home than at work! Of course, if you don't sleep alone, take one at bedtime. Also avoid broccoli, beans, fried foods, etc. Don't know about Beano, never tried it.

Stop eating so late,Don't eat past 7PM. the gas is caused by undigested food sitting in your stomach.

Guess what...if it's good for you, it usually gives you gas.
